ACTION LEARNING SET FACILITATOR SKILLS (2-day Workshop)
A 2-day workshop specifically designed for people employed within organisations who would like to use action learning. It is suitable for people with some previous experience of training or facilitating groups, but previous experience of action learning is not required.

A 2-hour seminar which includes an introduction to AL, a short demonstration and the opportunity to explore how action learning can benefit you and your organisation.
GET STARTED WITH ACTION LEARNING (1-day Workshop)
A 1-day intensive workshop for prospective Set members to fast-track learning about Set skills and process. Includes practice Sets.
SET FACILITATION SKILLS (3-day Workshop + 6 Set Meetings)
A 3-day workshop followed by 6 training Set meetings (the latter over a period of six months) for those new to facilitating groups and to action learning.
Carter Hall Associates is a partnership of experienced trainers and coaches who work with organisations and individuals in the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors.
