Yvonne is an independent facilitator who’s based in Manchester. Over the last 20 years she’s designed, organised and run training events, conferences, focus groups, stakeholder consultation and action learning sets for a variety of organisation in the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Her action learning work started in 1994 as National Training Co-ordinator for the Parish Partnership – working with 5 learning sets of local authority rights of way staff for 3 years across England. Then followed 2 phases of work with NACAB during 1999- 2000 – as a set facilitator for Citizens Advice Bureau managers.
Her involvement with the Action Learning for Managers project 2001-04 included: running introductory days; being a set facilitator, and; being a facilitator trainer.
More recently she worked in the North West with NACVA on the Action Learning Matters project as a set facilitator.
Yvonne is committed to her action learning work with a wide range of staff and organisations as well as consultancy and facilitation work within the heritage and countryside sectors.
Although very different from the jobs detailed above she also enjoys occasionally being a walks leader for Walkingwomen.com, leading holidays in the UK and Europe.
