Geographical areas where I work: South of England plus London
In 1992 I became an independent training consultant working in both the public and private sector. I became interested in Action Learning and trained as a facilitator. I facilitate Action Learning Set Start-Up Workshops that explain what Action Learning is, how it works and who gets involved. I also cover commitment to Action Learning as the objective for the workshop is to get participants to make a commitment to an Action Learning Set that I initially facilitate. I believe in Sets becoming self-managed and that is my objective as the facilitator of the first Set meetings.
In addition to being a training consultant I find a lot of voluntary work to do which includes being the Chair for the Horsham District, Crawley & Mid Sussex Mediation Service.
I prefer to work in the South of England but am prepared to travel outside this area.
