My professional experience has been in the corporate and educational sector, latterly as a Head Teacher. I now work as a freelance educator, leader and coach.
I have extensive experience of working with teams, facilitating some 35 teams in the past few years. As a skilled action learning practitioner, I created and led the first accredited AL facilitator training programme.
My style is quickly to help people feel supported by establishing rapport and ensuring everyone can contribute. I am expert at helping groups work together so that each individual gains from the many learning opportunities of the group process.
