My background is nursing, social work and counselling. I was an employee counsellor for 14 years working for The London Fire Brigade, The Royal London Hospital and The London Borough of Enfield.
Since moving to Devon I have trained as a Coach and Action Learning Set facilitator and have gained the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice.
I work as a trainer and facilitator, providing: coaching skills training, training in Action Learning Set skills and training for Action Learning Set facilitators.
At present I am facilitating a Set for a newly formed organisation in the South –West.
I am particularly interested in helping people use the skills and format of an Action Learning Set in the most valuable and efficient way for them, and have just finished working with a team who have re-designed their team meetings to incorporate an ALS approach.
