Phil Aspden has a deep rooted belief in the value of action learning as a leadership and management development tool. His specialism is in the use of action learning within organisations at times of change and the facilitation of sets made up from similar levels of leaders or managers across a variety of organisations.

International experience in the development of IT services, knowledge management, training and strategic planning.
Management through rapid growth taking one organisation with £600,000 turnover to £12 million in five years.
The effective application of other organisational change and development methods such as appreciative inquiry; solutions focus; transactional analysis and NLP.
Phil established the Summerhouses: people and development consultancy in 2006 with Janice McNamara who is also a trained and experienced learning set facilitator. The consultancy is committed to improving the quality of conversations that take place in organisations and action learning is a vital part of this work.
