Geographical areas where I work: North West England
Laurie was introduced to action learning while working at Lancaster University Management School where he worked on leadership development programmes including the highly regarded LEAD programme for SME owner managers. He has worked with a wide variety of businesses, predominantly in the SME sector, providing facilitation services and training to enable sets to become self-facilitating.
Laurie’s extensive experience working with SMEs means he is aware that time is valuable and his approach to action learning is a pragmatic one, but not at the expense of the core values of the process. A strong believer in the power of the open question and peer-to-peer learning Laurie enjoys working with people who might not have experienced action learning before.
