I am an experienced facilitator who uses Action Learning within voluntary organisations, arts, education, health and public services to the benefit of service delivery, communications, problem-solving, planning and job satisfaction. I have led sets targetting the needs of senior managers and Chief Executives, GPs and hospital consultants and, most recently, Family Centres' staff. I offer interventions aimed at sustaining robust links and communication across discipline or site boundaries, and I have led training sets within the "Action Learning for Managers" programme (NAVCA/NACVS).
I have 30 years' not-for-profit sector experience in project development, organisational learning and management, practicing as an independent consultant since 1987. I am a member of the International Foundation for Action Learning and OPUS (an Organisation for Promoting the Understanding of Society) an educational charity which seeks to encourage the study of conscious and unconscious processes in society and institutions within it, for whom I help organise the Public Events Programme.
