Action Learning very quickly enables teams and groups to work together to solve problems and I passionately believe it has an important role to play in the development of a coaching and learning culture in organisations.
My experience includes: facilitator/trainer for the NACVS Action Learning for Managers Project, editor of 'SetMatch' and co-founder of Action Learning for Facilitators. Memberships include the International Foundation for Action Learning, the International Coach Federation and the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development.
I have extensive experience as a set member, set facilitator and for the past 5 years, as a trainer of action learning set facilitators.
