I have been involved in Action Learning since the early 1990’s when I undertook a Masters in Management by Action Learning. With a background in the public and voluntary sectors, I have been working as a freelance consultant and trainer since 1997.
I am experienced in establishing and facilitating Action Learning sets and run introductory workshops and set facilitation courses. I was involved in the NACVS’s ALM (Action Learning for Managers) programme for voluntary sector managers and have recently completed a set with managers across all sectors who work with offenders and their families.
