Geographical areas where I work: London and the South East generally
IFAL (International Foundation for Action Learning) member, have been involved with action learning sets since 1990. More recently I have been training facilitators both in London and York, and have been involved in a research project with Henley Management College looking at using action learning sets as a development tool for entrepreneurs. In action learning I’m particularly interested in helping to get sets started, and in developing different ways of working in sets. I belong to a set that tries a leading edge approach to action learning.
In addition to working with action learning sets I’m an executive coach with a focus on the public sector and small business.
