Discovering the unique process that Action Learning allows and the numerous ways that learning happens encouraged me to train as a facilitator. Since 2001, I have been both a member of an Action Learning set with other professionals and also a facilitator for the Action Learning for Managers project, run by NACVS.
To date, I still facilitate the same set for voluntary sector managers, run taster days for the new Action Learning Matters initiative and run private sets for self-employed people and for startup businesses.
I am experienced in establishing and facilitating Action Learning sets in the Voluntary Sector, the NHS, Community Projects and for personal and professional development in private groups. I also run parent and carer support groups based on the Action Learning model.
I regularly offer taster days as I believe that Action Learning can only be appreciated by experiencing the process.
